  • What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Stripe, and Discover. Payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order. 

 

  • How do I track my order? 

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  

 

  • When will I receive my order? 

Upon successful confirmation of your order, please allow us the following lead times to deliver our products to you: 

In-stock materials: 3-5 business days 

Business Cards: 5-7 business days upon proof approval 

Other Print Materials: 8-12 business days upon proof approval 

Other Customized Materials: Depending on vendor and stock availability 

 

  • I proceeded with my order with the wrong shipping address! Can I fix it? 

Email us as soon as possible at mktg-helpdesk@1heartcares.com and the correct address. We can update your address as long as your order hasn’t already shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes and additional shipping fee will apply to ship to the correct address. 

 

  • My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do? 

1Heart Store is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen but you can email us at mktg-helpdesk@1heartcares.com, together with your order number, and we will try to help figure it out.
