RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Can I cancel my order? 

We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at mktg-helpdesk@1heartcares.com and include your order number in the subject line. 

Cancellations can only be made if your order has not been shipped.

For any changes and concerns, please email mktg-helpdesk@1heartcares.com immediately.

Remember to include your order number on the subject line.

Again, when orders have been shipped, cancellations will not be accommodated.

 

  • Can I exchange my order? 

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of placing your order and so long as your item remains unopened and unworn. Please understand that our items are limited and we might not have your desired size. We cannot exchange one item for a different item. Email mktg-helpdesk@1heartcares.com and include your order number and the size you would like.

 We can accommodate exchanges within 30 days of receipt granted the item has remained in its original condition.

Note that all exchanges will be of the same item only.

Please observe that in some cases, items may have limited quantities and you may experience delays.

  • Can I return my order? 

Generally, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (or within 7 days), if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We observe a strict no return policy.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, you will have seven (7) days to contact us so we can make it right.
