Use Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) services to promote 1Heart in your local community.

Step 1. Visit the USPS EDDM Page

Step 2. Watch the “Advertise with EDDM” Video
This gives you a quick overview of how the EDDM Online Tool works and how to map your mailing routes.

Step 3. Use the EDDM Online Tool
Search for neighborhoods where your customers live. You can filter routes by demographics such as age range, household size, income levels

Step 4. Set a Drop-Off Date
Choose an estimated drop-off date. Please allow 10-14 business days for production of your mailers before your selected date.

Step 5. Pay for Postage
You may pay online through the USPS tool or directly at the Post Office.

Step 6. Order Your Mailers Here
Place your order for your Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM/Mailer) with us.

Please note:

• Quantities must be ordered in increments of: 250, 500, 1000, and then divisible by 1000 thereafter.

• You cannot order an exact custom quantity outside these increments.

Step 7. Receive & Drop Off
Once your mailers are printed, we will ship them directly to you.
After receiving them, you must bring the bundled mailers to the designated USPS facility for your selected routes.
